高額療養費

　医療機関や薬局の窓口で支払った額が、暦月（月の初めから終わりまで）で一定額を超えた場合に、その超えた金額が払い戻しされる高額療養費制度というものがあります。その一定額とは、私のような普通の給与所得者の場合、8万円強となります。

　現在、2週間に一回抗がん剤イリノテカンの投与を受けていますが、それだけでは一定額を超えることはありません。ところが、今年の2月分の医療費が払い戻される対象になっているという案内の連絡が保険組合さんからありました。

　暦の関係で、2月は3回イリノテカンの投与を受けたこと、そして、2月に温熱療法を受け始めたことで、費用が掛かっていました。（温熱療法は、4ヵ月毎に少しまとまった費用が掛かることになっています。）
　それでも、合計で自己負担額は10万円を超えておりません。費用はそんなものです。

　ということで、2月分の医療費については、2万円弱戻ってくることになりました。
